PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable biological treatment of garbage by maintaining temperature for promoting biological activity for treating garbage and at the same time, by making the aeration for preventing microorganisms from perishing and the maintenance of temperature compatible with each other with respect to deodorization as well. SOLUTION: An space area between a treating tank 2 with a built-in rotating shaft 4 provided with plural agitating plates 6 and an outer peripheral tank 1 is filled with water. A thermostat 11 and a submersible heater 10 for heating the water to maintain its temperature are installed, and further, a warm water circulating pipeline 12 and a line pump 13 for circulating the water are installed. The rotating shaft 4 is connected to a motor 8 by a chain 9. A body top plate part is provided with a warm breeze feed cylinder 17 consisting of a blower 20 an air mixing area 24, and a heater 19, and a deodorizing cylinder 16. The deodorizing cylinder 16 is provided with an exhaust pipeline 22 and an air feed pipeline 18. The air feed pipeline 18 is connected to the air mixing area 24. On the other hand, the air mixing area 24 is provided with an air feed duct for taking in the air.
