<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To refer to or record detailed information of possible causes of special failure or interlock for early identification of the cause and correction of the condition, by detecting signals of failure and interlock of a controller or a drive at a monitoring part, and display-outputting the contents for spurring a starting input for a loader. SOLUTION: When a failure signal or an interlock failure signal is outputted from a drive 2 or a PLC 4, it is detected by a monitoring part 11 to display the failure or interlock failure. When an operator viewing the display conducts the operation of detail request, a loader soft is started to start up a PLC loader 12p and a driving loader 12d. After a page linked to the detected contents is searched for by the started loader, a window is opened on a CRT serving as a display device 16 for the loader display of an applicable page. By linking a monitoring system and a loader to each other, it is possible to view both information of them at a time while comparing them with each other.</p> |
