PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a coil continuously and correctly in a desired length and to discharge it surely from an apparatus by making the circumferential speed of a pair of rollers equal to that of the coil to be discharged from a rotary molding shaft and expanding approximately one pitch portion of the coil in the clearance between a pair of guide plates. SOLUTION: The circumferential speed of a pair of rollers 8a, 8b is made approximately equal to that of the outside diameter of a coil 6 to be discharged from a rotary molding shaft 3. A guide mechanism 9 expands the rollers 8a, 8b which convey the coil 6 to be discharged from a rotary molding shaft 3 in the reverse rotation molding shaft direction and an approximately one pitch portion of the coil 6 which is arranged perpendicularly to the rollers 8a, 8b and conveyed. A cutter 10 is arranged with its blade edges 10a inserted into the guide mechanism 9 and the expanded part of the coil 6 inserted between the blade edges 10a, is actuated when the number of rotation of the shaft 3 detected by a detector 7 reaches a value regulated in advance, and cuts the expanded part of the coil 6. |
