COLLAPSIBLE LAMINATE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible laminate which comprises an easily printable resin layer and a metallic layer and is of high strength and collapsibility and besides, efficiently cuts off solar rays, temperatures, moisture or the like and hardly chargeable. SOLUTION: This collapsible laminate comprises a biodegradable resin layer which is composed of a biodegradable polyester resin composition obtained by blending 1-200 pts.wt. polycaprolactone to 100 pts.wt. aliphatic polyester resin and a metallic thin film layer formed on at least a part of one of the surfaces of the biodegradable resin layer. A metallic thin film is transferred by laminating a metallic foil on the surface of the biodegradable resin layer or vepor-depositing or plating a metal on the surface of the resin layer.
