<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suck a work at a fixed position regardless of positional slippage of a previous process as well as without making contact with a surface of the work. SOLUTION: Standard side surface W1, W2 of a work W are pushed and forwarded toward an X direction guide 1 and an Y direction guide 2 in accordance with actuation of a position correcting means 7, they respectively hit and are positioned, thereafter, only upper edges of the both side surfaces W1/W2, W3 of the work W are engaged with a first tapered surface 3 and a second tapered surface 4 respectively, and they are sucked, held and transferred as they make contact with the X direction guide 1 and the Y direction guide 2.</p> |
