PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device enlarging the service range of an electromechanical device and making a power vehicle obtain high reaction rapidity. SOLUTION: A driving device for a power vehicle has at least one internal combustion engine, a succeedingly connected clutch through which the internal combustion engine can be connected to an output shaft, and an electromechanical device with a rotor and a stator. The rotor 25 is connected to a power transmission train formed of the internal combustion engine, clutch 7, and output shaft 27 using at least one of interlocking devices 53, 63, 71, 73, 91 that can be switched.
