PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel framework floor panel. SOLUTION: Upper and lower frames 2, 3 are welded to core braces 1 while constructing ladderlike connections to assemble a steel framework floor panel (as a procedure for manufacturing a floor mattress). Thereafter, the upper and lower frames are welded to both faces of the braces 1, and a panel frame is welded thereto. A heat insulation material is put in the upper space of both faces integrally formed as above and a ventilation layer is formed in the lower space. Thereafter, upper and under surface members are attached to both faces of the panel frame with screws to obtain a steel framework floor 3 panel.
