PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce the deceleration which acts on a cabin of a car body at the time of collision. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with first paired car body connecting parts (paired car body connecting parts 6 of a rear part), and a bracket 7. The first paired car body connecting parts are arranged on a side far from the propeller shaft 3 sandwiching an axial center of a drive shaft (a rear drive shaft 2) in right and left sides of a differential case 1, and are provided upward from the axial center of the propeller shaft. The bracket 7 is provided with second paired car body connecting parts (paired car body connecting parts 9 of a front part) connected to a car body at a position of an engine side from a connecting part 10 of a differential device and the propeller shaft and at a position upward from the axial center of the propeller shaft, a fixing part (a horizontal part 7h) to a side surface of the differential case 1, and a fragile part 11 provided between the second paired car body connecting parts and the fixing part. A directon of displacement of the differential device is restricted so that the connecting part of the differential device and the propeller shaft may jackknife in a V type when axial force is added to the propeller shaft. Accordingly, first the fragile part of the bracket is plastically deformed, and then the fragile part is broken when the axial force is added.
