PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move bicycle main body forward/backward while floating it on a water surface by arranging floats on the left and right sides of the bicycle main body and moving the bicycle main body forward/backward by pedaling by vertically moving the feet of a user on the bicycle. SOLUTION: On the left an right sides of a main body 1 of a bicycle, a right-foot float 12 and a left-foot float 13 are arranged. These floats 12, 13 are supported while suspended from the bicycle main body 1 via a right-foot supporting member 14 and a left-foot supporting member 15. In use, a user moves his both feet upward/downward with his buttocks placed on a saddle 8. According to this motion, a puddle 22 fixed to a rear wheel 3 of the bicycle is rotated while pushing water. Then, propelling force works on the bicycle main body 1 because of the rotation of the puddle 22, and the bicycle moves forward/backward. Therefore, the user on the bicycle can move on the water surface forward/backward freely while seated on the saddle 8.
