PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily install a pneumatic tire to a rim having a run-flat supporting face by arranging a fastening element axially movably from a fastening position to a releasing position or the releasing position to the fastening position and forming a spring quick fixing tool between the rim and the fastening element. SOLUTION: In an annular chamber 10, a fastening lever 12 is extended toward the radial inside within a range 6 of the end of a side wall. The fastening lever 12 is arranged between a supporting face 30 for an annular chamber wall 23 and a supporting face 31 for a curved tire projection part 7. In the tire circumference direction, the fastening lever 12 is extended over the overall circumference of the annular chamber 10. On the radial inside of the fastening lever 12 formed as a fastening ring, notches 25 are provided formed at equal intervals in the tire circumference direction. In this way, shape complementary fixing of a vehicle pneumatic tire to the rim 1 can be accomplished only by fitting the fastening lever 12 in the annular chamber 10 beyond the rim flange 2.
