PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly coat with an adhesive even at the time of reusing after leaving it to stand for by accurately coating a fine part with the adhesive. SOLUTION: In the adhesive implement comprising a ball-like rotary coater 3 connected to an end of an adhesive tank 1 and rotatably held by a tip 2 to supply and coat the adhesive filled in the tank and supplied to the coater; the coater is elastically urged by a spring 4, and brought into contact with an inward edge 21 of the tip to be sealed. In this case, as the adhesive, an emulsion solution in which adhesive acrylic resin insoluble in water is dispersed in an aqueous medium is used so that its solid part is 10 wt.% or more and its viscosity is 1,000 cp or less, and a grease-like reverse flow inhibiting agent 5 is disposed at a tail end side of the adhesive.
