PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous embossed decorative sheet rich in a three- dimensional feeling sharply synchronous with a pattern layer and hardly forming a scratch, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A colored solid layer 2 is formed on a base material sheet 1 and, subsequently, patterns are partially printed on the colored solid printing layer 2 to form pattern layers 3. Next, ink having liquid repellency to ionizing radiation curable paint is applied to the surfaces other than the pattern layers 3 by reverse plate printing to form liquid repelling layers 4. Subsequently, ink non-repellent to the ionizing radiation curable paint is printed only on the pattern layers 3 to provide omitted printing layers 5. Next, the surface of the base material sheet passed through the respective processes is coated with the ionizing radiation curable paint and the coated sheet is irradiated with ionizing radiation to form topcoat layers 6. The topcoat layers 6 on the omitted printing layers 5 are cured so as to be held in the thickness thereof while the topcoat layers 6 on the liquid repelling layers 4 become thin and the topcoat layers 6 on the respective layer can take height difference because of the film thickness of the omitted printing layer 5 and, therefore, the topcoat layers 6 become unevenness sharply synchronous to patterns and are excellent in scratch resistance.
