PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet without generating flash at the time of cutting process and having an improved surface damaging property comparable with the conventional decorative sheet of polyvinyl chloride. SOLUTION: There is provided at least an olefin resin layer 1 having a tensional elastic modulus of 3,000-20,000 kgf/cm2, a flexural initial elastic modulus of 10,000-30,000 kgf/cm2, and the Rockwell hardness of 80-120. The olefin resin layer 1 mainly consists of high crystalline polyprophylene with an isotactic index (boiling decane soluble residue) of 95% or more.
