PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the machining accuracy by preventing the influence of vibration of the machining accuracy by minimizing the vibration source. SOLUTION: A tool exchanger dividing to locate a specific tool pot 18' among a number of tool pots 18 on a magazine base 17 on a tool exchange position A, and rotating the specific tool pot into an exchange state by a boom driving mechanism (pot driving means) 20, comprises pairs of fixed arms 29, 29 openably and closably mounted on the magazine base for every tool pot; a toggle mechanism 30 for energizing the pairs of fixed arms in the closing direction; a pot fixing mechanism 21 for fixing each tool pot to the magazine base; and a pot opening mechanism 22 consisting of an open cylinder 35 for opening the fixed arms by pressing the toggle mechanism in the opening direction, for releasing the fixing of the divided tool pot 18' by the pot fixing mechanism on the tool exchange position A.
