PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reproducibility of a sticking position of a pellet for grinding and polishing. SOLUTION: An arranged position of a pellet of a grinding block 2 can be always guaranteed at a fixed position by a grinding and/or a polishing tool formed by fixing plural grinding blocks 2 to grind or polish the surface of a glass member to be processed onto a holding member for processing through a positioning means, and therefore, quality of a lens to be processed can be guaranteed.
