PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To line a inner surface of piping smoothly by using in a lining apparatus a flexible guide pipe having such a wave shaped wall in longitudinal section that the edges of an outer surface and an inner surface are continuously concave and convex, and the edge of the outer surface is in a tapered shape convergent in the forward direction. SOLUTION: An coating device 1 which sprays lining material on the inner surface of a pipe is connected to a supplying pipe made of a urethane, which supplies the lining material, and in the front side of the lining device 1 are formed a straight pipe made of a specific olefin resin or a vinylic resin, and a guide pipe made of the said material, which is provided with a tapered portion convergent in the forward direction and which is a flexible pipe in such a waved shape that the edges of an outer surface and an inner surface are continuously concave and convex in a longitudinal section. And, further, a pulling tube 4 which pulls the coating device at lining application is connected to the front tip of the guide pipe 4.
