PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a finger from partially or entirely closing an upwardly turned foam jet orifice by a barrier plate when a head is pushed down by disposing the barrier plate above the foam jet orifice so as to leave a small interval to form a lateral jet orifice. SOLUTION: A fitting cylinder Ac is projected on the flange-shaped top wall Ad of a vertical plunger pump A for foam jetting and a push-down foam jet head B is fitted to the fitting cylinder Ac to be urged upwardly by a return spring having a tubular plunger Aa or the like built therein. The push-down foam jet head B has a tray-shaped head 1 having a circular arc-shaped cavity 2 formed on the upper surface thereof and a foam jet orifice 3 upwardly turned at the center of the cavity 2 is fixed to the head 1 and, further, a barrier plate 4 is disposed above the foam jet orifice 3 so as to leave a small interval and the peripheral edge part of the barrier plate 4 is integrally connected to the head 1 at several places through connection pieces 8 to form a lateral jet orifice 5 under the barrier plate 4.
