PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging body in which food can be heated and cooked in the best condition, because a part of a separator is released to release inner steam after the internal temperature is raised by keeping steam to a certain amount, which is hygienic because a film is placed where an adhesive agent and a corresponding hole preventing the food from touching the adhesive agent, having a simple structure of the separator. SOLUTION: In this food packaging body heatable by microwave oven which is formed in a food storage bag 1 for storing food with a hole 11 which is closed through an adhesive agent 3 by a separator 2, which is released for releasing inside steam by a microwave oven heating, on the face of the separator where the adhesive agent is applied, a roughly triangular film 4 is stuck by means of printing, etc., and the part of the film closes and seals the hole of the food storage bag. |
