<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an appliance which may be folded small and inserted into a catheter, may be restored to an adequate shape after release and is capable of improving the liquid-tightness of the inside part. SOLUTION: This appliance is constituted by connecting a plurality of freely bendable and elastic annular wire parts 101, 102, 12 arranged in intermittent positions to each other by a cylindrical mounting material 7 formed of a sheet which is flexible and is tense. This mounting material 7 is formed by knitting warp along the axial direction of an artificial blood vessel A and weft along the circumferential direction of this artificial blood vessel A. Monofilalents made of polyester having a shape retaining property are used for the warp and multifilaments made of polyester having waterproofness are used for the weft.</p> |
