PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the oversteering condition of a vehicle securely, even in the condition that the friction coefficient of the road surface is low. SOLUTION: When the car body side slip angle or the variation speed of the car body side slip angle obtained by a car body side slip inferring means 13, exceeds a limit value decided by the car body speed detected by a car body speed detecting means 10 and the friction coefficient inferred by a friction coefficient inferring means 14, in the turning time of a vehicle, a deciding means 15 decides to be the oversteering condition. |
