PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively keep a paper sheet restricting plate, when stopped, in position without adding new parts and prevent malfunction in storing or refeeding paper sheets. SOLUTION: An intermediate sheet feeder for an image forming device for storing and aligning paper sheets subjected to image formation by an image making device and feeding the paper sheets to the image making device again includes a paper sheet restricting plate variable in set position, a n-phase stepping motor 52 for moving the paper sheet restricting plate between a predetermined home position and a set position corresponding to the size of paper sheets and a control plate 100 for driving the stepping motor 52 with phase excitation of (n-1)-1 and controlling the condition of (n-1) phase excitation to be kept on when the paper sheet restricting plate is stopped. |
