PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide health food having easier-to-take preparations in daily life more easily by solving problems on treating and taking galenica when taking galenica such as turmeric continually and daily for the purpose of the improvement of health. SOLUTION: This health food is virtually dried powder (esp. spongy, porous granules) comprising close mixture consisting of galenica powder and protease- including agent. The health food is easy to be handled and is smoothly taken in comparison with the case where galenica powder such as turmeric powder or zedoary powder is individually taken, and manifests remarkable anti- inflammatory and anodyne effect beyond our expectations when turmeric is used as galenica powder in comparison with the case where turmeric powder is individually taken.
