PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade handleability with a smooth sheet surface without generating an interference fringe pattern by disposing resin strips in parallel at a predetermined angle except a specific angle to the sheet surface in a flat shape in section. SOLUTION: A resin layer A may be constituted of a single resin layer (a) or of two layers disposed at both sides of a resin layer B (b). Further, the layer A may be constituted of two layers of one containing fine particles and the other containing no particle (c). The layer A may be constituted of three layers of the layer containing fine particles and the layer containing no particle. In this case, the particles C may be mixed only in an intermediate layer of the layer A or the particle C may not be mixed in the intermediate layer of the layer A and the particles C may be mixed in the surface layers of both sides. Resin strips J may be perpendicular to the sheet surface or may be disposed obliquely to the surface (a), (c), if the strips J are disposed in parallel at a predetermined angle except 0 deg. to the surface. |
