PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate wrenching-off or biting of a lead. SOLUTION: A rear part of a front chuck 4 for grasping a lead 3 cooperatively with an end of a base 2 is detachably mounted in an inner barrel 20. A rear chuck 27 for incrementally supplying the lead is provided at the chuck 4 in the barrel 20. A chuck guide 30 is fixed to the rear part of the chuck 27. A presser 38 is fixed to the front part of a lead tank 26, and a step 40 brought into contact with the guide 30 and a barrel 42 rotatably inserted into the guide 30 are formed at the front part of the presser 38. A locking protrusion 46 formed on the presser 38 is introduced into a receiving slot 45 provided at a coupling cylinder 35 of the base 2, and axially movably engaged. Since the guide 30 and the presser 38 are rotatably formed independently axially rearwardly separably, wrenching-off or biting of the lead does not occur.
