PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of machining work and man-hours for the work, in connecting a liner for connecting a heat medium outlet of an accumulator to a barrel shell of a compressor. SOLUTION: A cylindrical barrel shell 2 is formed by cylindrically bending a rectangular flat plate 1 having a right circular hole part 7, a base part 51 of a right cylindrical liner having an annular stepped surface 54 is internally fitted to the hole part 7 provided in the barrel shell 2 to be deformed in an oval shape by bending, to position the stepped surface 54 for covering the whole periphery of the hole edge 71 of the hole part 7. The liner and the hole part 7 are connected by brazing in an outer peripheral side of the barrel shell 2.
