PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a load change using a compression type load cell of a small capacity and of a relatively low cost in the case of grasping a large amount of powder by a grab bucket. SOLUTION: A support bracket 7 is disposed at a tip part of a boom 5, a final sheave 6 is provided at a middle part in a length direction of the support bracket 7, a bracket support shaft 15 is disposed at the tip part, and a compression type load cell 8 is set between a lower surface of a back end part and an upper surface of a bearing seat 21 provided on a crane main body. Landing of a grab bucket to deposited powder can be detected by a smaller load than a real load applied to the final sheave 6 by the compression type load cell 8, thereby the compression type load cell 8 of a small capacity and low cost can be used.
