PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a restriction releasing member by arranging the restriction releasing member in the vicinity of the back side of a restriction member positioned in its restricting position on a sift lever oscillating operation line so that a load inputted to the restriction member when an oscillating operation of the shift lever is restricted is received on the back side. SOLUTION: In a shift locking mechanism, a rectangular expansion part 91 is arranged upward in the position right above a first supporting shaft 31 for a shift lever 3, and on the inside wall of the expansion part 91, a cylindrical boss part 92 having a vertical through hole is arranged. A restriction member 95, in which the upper half part is formed into a contact block part 93 and the lower half part is formed into a sliding shaft part 94, is passed through the boss part 92. For forcibly releasing a condition, in which a shift-lock cannot be released because of a defective action of a solenoid in the shift locking mechanism, a restriction releasing member 111 is arranged on the back side of a restriction member 95 located in its restriction position on an oscillating operation line of the shift lever 3 so that the restriction member 95 can be manually moved to a shift-lock releasing position.
