PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To brake a large main wheel and an auxiliary front wheel at the same time by energizing a brake shoe for the auxiliary front wheel always onto the release side by a spring, and pulling a traction wire against the resilience of the spring. SOLUTION: A brake shoe 15 for pressing the outer periphery of a large main wheel 3 is fitted to the rear end of a connecting plate 13. A traction wire 17 for braking an auxiliary front wheel 5 is connected to the front end of the connecting plate 13 to bring a brake shoe 19 into pressure contact with the outer periphery of the auxiliary front wheel 5. A universal joint 31 for connecting the traction wire 17 to a traction wire material 18 is inserted in a cylindrical rotating shaft 21 to absorb the rotation of the traction wire material 18 to the traction wire 17. A coil spring 33 is mounted in the rotating shaft 21 to hold the brake shoe 19 always onto the release side. When a handle 11 is operated in a direction P, a brake shoe 15 behind the connecting plate 13 presses the large main wheel 3 to brake it. At the same time, the traction wire 17 is pulled to press the brake shoe 19 to the auxiliary front wheel 5 against the resilience of the coil spring 33 to brake the auxiliary front wheel 5.
