PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly store a card without using a commutation ticket holder by forming a card pocket via a presser plate, and forming a long finger insertion hole in the opening direction through the presser plate. SOLUTION: A presser plate 3 is fitted to the inner face of the peripheral wall 2 of the bag body of a bag 1, a card pocket 5 having an opening section 4 at the upper section is formed, and a long finger insertion hole 6 is formed in the vertical direction at the center section of the width of the presser plate 3 so that fingers can be inserted into it. When the mouth of the bag 1 is opened, the card pocket 5 can be seen. When fingers are inserted into the finger insertion hole 6 formed on the presser plate 3, the fingers can contact a card stored inside and can easily extract the card. When the outer pocket of the bag 1 is widened, the card pocket 5 is formed via the presser plate 3, and the card such as a commutation ticket can be stored in the card pocket easily and immediately after it is used because the opening section 4 of the card pocket 5 is wide. Even when the card is not entered into the card pocket 5 in a hurry, it is dropped in the bag 1, to thereby be needless worrying about.
