PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise and vibration caused by the fluctuation of power outputted from a first driving force source such as an engine generating power by fuel combustion in a driving device provided with two kinds of driving force sources. SOLUTION: A driving device for a vehicle outputs power outputted from a first driving force source 1 generating power by fuel combustion and a second driving force source 2 generating power by electric energy, through a fluid transmission device 5. This driving device is provided with damping mechanism 4 connecting the first driving force source 1 to an input side member of the fluid transmission device 5, and an output side member of the second driving force source 2 is connected to a member for connecting the damping mechanism 4 to the fluid transmission device 5.
