PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper bag with unsealing function comprising a liner sheet with a tear-open tape stuck to an internal face for surrounding and fixing a folded end of a bag body wherein while the paper bag includes easiness in unsealing similar to conventional ones, the tear-open tape may not be cut off from the liner sheet at the time of unsealing so that it may not be mixed into contents as a scrap. SOLUTION: A liner sheet 15 is placed across a folded end which has been closed by folding an end of a paper bag body 11 formed to be cylindrical, respective ends of the liner sheet 15 are stuck to both wall faces of the paper bag body 11 to form an unsealable closed end 17 which is to be unsealed for removing contents in the future. In the paper bag 10 with unsealing function formed with the closed end 17, a paper strip with a longer width size than a wall face width of the paper bag body 11 comprising a tear-open tape 14 stuck to a rear face so that it extends over a full width is used to form the liner sheet 15 in approximately the same width as the wall face of the paper bag body 11 by folding an end of the paper strip toward the rear face, and at the other end of the liner sheet 15, tab forming cuts 18 cut along both sides of an end of the tear-open tape 14 are formed.
