PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive rice grains and water dropping from the rim of an internal pot by a frame body, and prevent the main body side from being fouled by providing the frame body on the peripheral edge of the internal pot upper portion, and constituting the frame body in such a manner that the frame body may cover the whole body of the upper surface of the main body or the almost whole body when the internal pot is housed in the main body. SOLUTION: An internal pot 1 and a frame body 4 are integrally formed, and are detachcably inserted in a main body 7, and the frame body 4 is constituted in a manner to cover the upper surface portion 8 of the main body 7 when being inserted in the main body 7. When a rice cooking switch is operated, the internal pot 1 is heated, and a rice cooking starts. When rice has been cooked, the rice cooking is completed, and the process is transferred to a heat insulation state. When a user opens a lid portion 9 and serves the rice in a bowl, and when the rice stuck to a spatula is scraped off on the upper end portion 2 of the internal pot 1, one part of rice grains drops on the frame body 4 side from the upper end portion 2. The dropped rice grains are received by a recessed portion 6 of the frame body 4. Then, the upper surface portion 8 of the main body 7 is approx. totally covered by the frame body 4, and the rice grains are prevented from dropping on the upper surface portion 8.
