PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a band guide passage in a pool box, and to automatically control the opening of an access in a power-less manner in feeding/returning a band to/from the pool box. SOLUTION: A box is divided into a first storage chamber P1 and a second storage chamber P2 by fixing a parallel plate guide passage 15 in which a horizontal guide passage 16 is continuously connected to a vertical guide passage 17 in a pool box, first and second opening parts 18, 19 to communicate with each storage chamber are provided on a part of each guide passage, and turnable guide pieces 20, 30 having a spring with regulated turnable range are pivotably attached to the opening parts 18A, 19A.
