INJECTION MOLDING SIMULTANEOUS DECORATING TRANSFER SHEET AND DECORATED MOLDED PRODUCT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transfer sheet capable of stably performing injection simultaneous decoration good in transper properties and a decorative molded product capable of being produced by this transfer sheet. SOLUTION: A transfer sheet S for injection molding simultaneous decoration is constituted by laminating at least a release layer 5 and a decorative layer 6 on the release layer of a support sheet 1 wherein the release layer 3 is provided on a base material 2 as a transfer layer 4 in this order and a thermoplastic resin film is used as the base material 2 while an alkyd melamine resin and/or a butyral resin is used in the release layer 3 and, in order to improve moldability, a vinyl chloride resin film is used in the base material 2 and an acrylic resin is used in the release layer 3 and a thermal adhesive layer 7 using an acrylic resin is laminated to the release layer 3. A decorative molded product is obtained by an injection molding imultaneous method using this transfer sheet.
