SOLUTION: An operator receives the voice for producing an password number and obtains a voice signal. Voiceprint data and password number data are obtained rom the obtained voice signal, and they are compared with the registered voiceprint and password number data. Thereby, it is discriminated whether or not the operator is a specific person. In accordance with this discrimination, the switching operation of a guard switch is carried out. |
