PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an exterior facing plate which can be easily and securely attached. SOLUTION: An upper metal fitting 21 provided with a middle part 21a to fix it to a lateral furring strip 20 and a lower fixing member 22 are provided at the rear face side of a slate 2. The slate 2 is fixed to the lateral furring strip 20 at the middle part 21a with bolts 29, and the upper metal fitting 21 is fixed to the lower fixing member 22 of the upper slate 2, and the lower fixing member 22 is fixed to the upper metal fitting 21 of the lower slate 2.
