PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vestibule eaves that impart a sense of luxury to a building by securing a deep column-free space in front of a vestibule, and that harmonize well with the appearance of a building main body. SOLUTION: The exterior wall of a second-story portion 22 above a first- story portion 21 provided with the vestibule of a building is made to overhang outward beyond the exterior wall of the first-story portion 21 to form an overhanging portion 2 in front of the vestibule. Vestibule eaves 1 are mounted on the underside of the overhanging portion 2 and the end of the vestibule eaves 1 is made to overhang further outward beyond the overhanging portion 2 to secure a column-free space under the vestibule eaves 1.
