PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene block copolymer compsn. having a specific structure, and a rubber modified impact-resistant resin compsn. excellent in quality balance of impact strength and gloss. SOLUTION: Formula of block copolymer (I) is (A1-B1-C)n and that of block copolymer (II) is (A2-B2)n (wherein n is an integer, block A1 is a B-S random copolymer, block B1 is an S polymer, block C is a B polymer or a B-S random copolymer, block A2 is a B polymer or a B-S random copolymer, block B2 is an S polymer). This rubber polymer compsn. comprises 50-99 pts.wt. of (I) and 1-50 pts.wt. of (II), wherein (I) has a mol.wt. of 100,000-700,000, a TS (total aromatic vinyl monomer content) of 5-60 wt.% and a B-S content is 5-50 wt.%, and the mol.wt. of block S is 5,00,000-150,000; and (II) has a mol.wt. of 50,000-350,000, a TS of 25-70 wt.%, and a B-S content of 5-70 wt.%, and the mol.wt. of S is 5,000-150,000.
