FIELD: plastic metal working, namely bending metallic shapes with high thin webs. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes mounted in housing rotary disc chucks. Former mounted on shaft of each disc chuck is builtup one, it has separate rings fit on boss with gap relative to clamping washer and mutually joined by means of key with handle whose diameter is less than thickness of key. Dimension of ring flanges along their thickness is less than dimension of respective webs of shape. Terminal ring together with opposite end of boss is joined with wedges of jaws of slide block. Mounting opening of slide block is elliptical one, and there is cover strip on its end. EFFECT: possibility of manufacturing high-quality articles with smooth surface and high-accuracy bending radius. 2 cl, 5 dwg |
