FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: loom rapier has nose with eye whose upper edge is located below top of nose in projection on the side of rapier closest to cloth edge. Nose side nearest to cloth edge in direction to top has side slope and upper side of nose has front slope directed to top. Slopes form an edge between them. Side slope has recess at level between edge of eye and nose top. Made between eye upper edge and front slop is depression.
