FIELD: power engineering; plants for producing compressed air or vacuum. SUBSTANCE: proposed turbine compressor plant has compressor, turbine with inlet and outlet and drive made in form of double-circuit aircraft gas turbine engine. Engine outlet is coupled with turbine inlet. Outlet of engine inner circuit is coupled with turbine inlet and is provided additionally with pipe line connected to engine inlet in zone of outer circuit and to turbine outlet. Pipeline is provided with bypass device. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of plant owing to use of double-circuit aircraft engine, increased total efficiency, reduced cost of designing and manufacturing. 1 dwg
