PURPOSE:To enable a multiscan operation by connecting a coil for trigger pulse to one terminal side of a transformer for correction to correct a high output voltage and connecting a power source through a switching element to the other terminal side. CONSTITUTION:One terminal side of a coil 17 for trigger pulse is connected to the base of a switching element 16, and the collector of the switching element 16 is connected to a resonance capacitor 14, damper diode 22 and one terminal side of a primary coil 12 of a correction transformer B. When the high voltage output is reduced, this is detected by a variable resistor 19 for detection, an operational amplifier 20 is operated, and the output of the operational amplifier 20 is increased. Thus, a photocoupler 24 is operated, the gate of a switching element 23 is turned on, the switching element 23 is energized, and a power source 15 is connected to the primary coil 12 of the correction transformer B. Therefore, the output of the correction transformer B is increased so as to compensate the reduction of the high voltage output. When the high voltage output reaches a prescribed voltage, the operation is inverted. |
