FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to widening of bridges or overpasses preferably made of reinforced concrete during their repair or reconstruction. According to method, provided are widening components together with fortification of bridge by reinforcing members which are arranged symmetrically to longitudinal axis of bridge girder. Tensioning of symmetrical reinforcing members is carried out in pairs. Tensioning of part of pairs of reinforcing members is effected prior to erection of widening structure. Remaining pairs of reinforcing members are tensioned after erection of widening structure. Device for tensioning of reinforcing members has hydraulic pumping unit, and hydraulic jack connected to pumping unit. Additionally provided is second hydraulic jack which is connected to first hydraulic jack through adjustable throttle valve. Application of aforesaid method and device allows for increasing load-bearing capacity of bridge without increasing material-input with simultaneous reduction of labour-input. Preset parameters of construction operations are followed with accuracy. Stresses in bridge girder can be observed in process of bridge operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 9 cl, 7 dwg |
