The invention relates to a method and an installation for vertically introducing a number of vertical, parallel pipes (15, 16) connected to one another into the ground, for example in order to form an underground heat exchanger or to form a pipe system for ground heating for the purposes of sterilisation or clean-up of the soil. The method comprises the following steps: a) anchoring a free end (8) of an uninterrupted pipe in or close to the ground surface, (b) guiding the pipe over a rounded insertion element (4), c) inserting the insertion element vertically into the ground while at the same time feeding the pipe form a stock holder (6), d) withdrawing the insertion element, leaving the pipe behind in the ground, e) moving the insertion element in a direction away from the anchoring point, and f) repeating steps b to e. An element for absorbing tensile forces or a support element is fixed to each horizontal pipe section to prevent the horizontal pipe section from kinking and to prevent the horizontal pipe section from being pulled into the substrate. The invention also comprises an installation (1) having a vertical guide (2) and an insertion element (4) which has a curved guide surface and is movable up and down along said vertical guide. |
