PAPER COATED BY POLYLACTIDE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A paper and a cardboard product being coated by polylactide are provided to manufacture in a coextruding method for separating and reusing a polyolefin film after an extrusion. CONSTITUTION: A paper and a cardboard product being coated by polylactide are manufactured by: extruding the polylactide to a paper; extruding polyolefin to the top unit; and coextruding for extruding the polylactide onto the surface of the paper with a polymer such as polyolefin by the method of separating and reusing before the polyolefin film is surrounding the paper after being extruded. Herein, the polylactide is a stable L-polylactide(PLLA) containing less than 5 wt% of monomer content. And the polylactide is coextruded with polyethylene while the melting index of the polyethylene is 5 to 20 g/10 minutes, and 0.1 to 50 wt% of more than one kind of mineral filling body such as talc being mixed with the polylactide is used.
