PURPOSE: An expansive bag of a knee is provided to use as an air reinforcing column since the front part of a bag is expanded to prevent the rotation and forward movement of a passenger body. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle system for restricting a passenger seating on a seat is composed of:a knee belt(16); an expansion member(18) restricted by the belt when expanded, installed on the knee belt. Herein, the shape and size of the expansion member are decided to make the surface of one expansion member prevent the rotation of the expansion member by butting with most of the areas including the knee of the passenger and the seat. In addition, other rear member surface restricts the body movement of the passenger, and the belt(16) is formed around or penetrates through the expansion member.
