HYDROCARBON CONVERSION CATALYST AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method is provided to convert crystalline ALPO(alumino-phosphor)-based molecular and hydrocarbon combined to crystalline ALPO-based molecular sieve. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst is formed by the steps of: adding 4.18g of hydrogenous H3PO4 85 %, 10.78g of water and 2.65g of tripropylamine in an autoclave of 300ml having its inner face coated with Teflon; supplying homogenous solution by agitating the mixture; adding 10g of dried extruded material of SAPO-34 combined to alumina in the autoclave; sealing the autoclave; heating the mixture at 200°C for 2 hours; keeping the mixture at 200°C for 24 hours without agitation; cooling the autoclave to room temperature; and washing the extruded material by deionized water until the conductivity of the remain solution is under 100 micro-Semenes. Therefore, a catalyst combined with SAPO-34 and ALPO-5 is produced.
