PURPOSE: A dielectric ceramic composition is provided to have a high Q value in a high frequency region of microwave and mill wave. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric ceramic composition which has a high dielectric constant and a high Q value in a high frequency region, which can stably and finely control the temperature coefficient.tgr.f of resonance frequency, and which contains at least a lanthanide (Ln), AL, Sr and Ti as metal elements and has a composition expressed by a Ln2Ox.bAL2O3.cSrO.dTiO2, where a, b, c, d and x are molar ratios, a greater than 0.2194 and the same or less than 0.4500, b greater than 0.2194 and the same or less than 0.4500, c the same or greater than 0.1000 and the same or less than 0.4610, d the same or greater than 0.1000 and the same or less than 0.4610, x the same or greater than 3 and the same or less than 4, and a+b+c+d = 1.
