PURPOSE: A dosing device is provided to obtain a fluid liquid mixture in a permanent and uniform ratio by mixing a first fluid liquid with more than one second liquid being added as a smaller amount in a continuous process. CONSTITUTION: A dosing device includes: a fluid tube(26) for a first liquid to flow; a mixing chamber(24) being arranged in the fluid tube or being connected to the fluid tube in a row; and more than one pump(21) for continuously supplying a second liquid(28) from a second liquid storing tank(19) to more than one narrow nozzle(12). Herein, the nozzle is formed by more than one needle typed tube being possibly inserted to the fluid tube through a flexible wall being possibly penetrated while being arranged in the wall containing a whole to be arranged in the fluid tube. And the storing tank containing the second liquid is manufactured by a sterilized bag being manufactured by a flexible plastic material or a metal or an inflexible container.
