PURPOSE: Title compound is provided which has a good stability in hydrolysis, and can prevent a dissociation of urethane or urea bond. CONSTITUTION: Title compound comprises more than 1 kind of isocyanate, 0.01- 20 weight % of more than 1 kind of acid and more than 1 kind of acid derivatives having mole excess for anion existing in the compound. Thus, 97 weight parts of polyether polyalcohol having 28 mg KOH/g of hydroxyl value and 14:86 ratio of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, 3 weight parts of polyether polyalcohol having 42 mg KOH/g, 3 of average functional group and 30:70 ratio of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, 3,31 weight parts of H2O, 0.8 weight part of aminopropyl imidazole, 0.6 weight part of dimethyl aminodiglycol and 0.5 weight part of stabilizer are mixed with polymer MDI having 32.7 % of NCO content and 2 functional MDI compound, and heated it 53 degree C to give flexible polyurethane foam.
